Dealer Connexion respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Dealer Connexion’s web sites.
Part I. Information Collection
Dealer Connexion collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: name, phone number, mailing address and e-mail address.
We may also collect detailed user information entered at will by site visitors. Dealer Connexion does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information user navigation, IP addresses, and browser settings.
We collect this information through registration forms, clickstream tracking, and automatic logging files. The information is collected both voluntarily and involuntarily. To receive our products and services, specific personal and account information is mandatory because of the nature of our services. Other information we request is optional.
We do not employ cookies.
Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by Dealer Connexion will be used for communication and marketing purposes and site feature testing and management. Information is provided to appropriate automobile dealer and automobile financing partners.
The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources [such as credit history to authorize purchases].
We may share data with the following third parties: only companies specifically related to the service of your account. These third parties will use the information as follows: to provide service and product quotes, development of mailing and service lists, and other marketing sales avenues as they see fit. We only work with reptable companies and follow applicable anti-spam and lead generation laws.
We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

IIa. Personal Information
By registering with, or providing personal information to a Site, as well as providing permission to receive marketing offers, Users allow us, our affiliates, partners and certain approved third parties to make their personally identifiable information available to third parties in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy and the privacy policy of the respective affiliated sites. While on a Site we may collect "Personal Information" from a user.

IIb. How We Use Personal Information
Information collected may be transmitted to our approved advertising and marketing partners, our affiliated companies, or certain other approved third parties interested in providing users with information or services that you may request or for other marketing and promotional purposes. Requested information or information regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events and/or status of any requests or orders that users may have made may be provided to users by e-mail, postal mail, telephone SMS text-messaging or by any other means of contact that users may provide.

Part VI. Removal of Your Information/Opting Out
At your request, we will remove Personal Information that users have provided to us from our database. Users may make such request by e-mailing privacy@dealerconnexion.com. However, deleting Personal Information or otherwise opting-out of receipt of communications from us or third parties will only change or delete the data in our database for purposes of transacting future business on a Site and for managing future communications from us and third parties. These deletions will not change or delete Personal Information already collected as part of a particular transaction in our database, which may have already been shared with third parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Policy. Users may need to contact third parties who may contact you directly in order to change the preferences for the use of personal information that they may have or use.
We provide users the option to opt-out from receiving information sent via electronic mailings on behalf of third party advertisers. Users may unsubscribe from receiving e-mails at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every e-mailing. Unsubscribe requests can only be processed if you have registered with us in the first instance. Information sent on behalf of third party advertisers is prepared several days in advance, so users may continue to receive e-mail from us for up to 5 days after following the unsubscribe procedures detailed above.
